Before: 2/17/25

Month 3: 5/21/25

After: 11/12/25
Client presented with severe inflammatory acne accompanied by moderate non-inflamed congestion. Skin also showed signs of dehydration with compensatory overproduction of oil, contributing to ongoing inflammation and breakouts. There was also a strong genetic history of severe acne within the family.
Treatment plan included professional extractions every 2 weeks until fully clear, paired with mild corrective chemical peeling at each appointment and customized herbal treatment masking. Daily home care focused on oil management, bacterial control, targeted exfoliation, and skin stabilization. Product strength was progressively increased over time and later stabilized once clearing was achieved.
Month 3 — 5/21/25
Inflammatory acne significantly reduced with noticeable improvement in overall congestion and skin texture. Active lesions were healing more efficiently and new breakouts had substantially slowed.
Month 6
Client reached full clearing with skin remaining stable under the corrective home care plan.
Maintenance Phase — 11/12/25
Further improvement observed beyond initial clearing with minimal residual redness and angiogenesis remaining. Skin appeared calmer, healthier, and more resilient overall.
Following clearance, the client experienced a temporary flare consisting of small irritated pustules approximately two weeks after swimming in chlorine without a protective occlusive barrier applied beforehand. The flare resolved quickly with one treatment appointment and continuation of home care.
Client successfully transitioned out of active treatment and no longer required regular in-person corrective appointments. Skin remained stable on maintenance home care with no ongoing breakout pattern.
